      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive and respond to inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, and providers via phone, email, and web portal
      - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance service delivery and satisfaction
      - Support continuous improvement in business processes and services
      - Adhere to all relevant regulations and policies to ensure the privacy and safety of employee and patient information
      - Operate office equipment and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, or related customer service experience
      - Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic mail systems
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey sensitive information clearly
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently as well as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the medical and healthcare field
      - Familiarity with processes in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Revenue Cycle Customer Billing
      - Time management and organizational skills to prioritize assignments effectively
      - Experience in a call center or customer service-related role
      - Ability to identify and resolve standard problems using established solutions
