- Scanning and assigning the mail
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care and demonstrate a friendly and cooperative attitude; Consistently adhere to business procedures guidelines
- Pantry and hospitality support; Provide back-up receptionist
- Copy services - demonstrating flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume, production environment
- Handing time-sensitive and/or confidential information and materials
- Taking direction from the supervisor or site manager
- Participating in cross-training; Maintain all logs and reporting documentation with attention to detail; Adhering to all safety procedures
- High school diploma or GED equivalent - college degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
- Prior experience in the following is a plus: Scanning, legal environments, hospitality/reception/conference room management, mail and/or copy experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Computer proficiency including Microsoft office programs
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy; Access to reliable transportation to and from job site
- Capable of lifting up to 55 pounds with aid; Must have the ability to move items and be on your feet for long periods of time
- Willingness to be cross-trained
Overview
The Customer Service Office Associate is responsible for overseeing and executing all corporate services at the client's site, including: Scanning mail, hospitality, light housekeeping, conference room set ups, mail, shipping & receiving, front desk reception coverage, light courier duties and periodic bank runs. Upkeep of the corporate office environment and common spaces (cleaning, organizing, stocking), and basic office services and administrative work as assigned. Ideal candidates are self-starters with great attention to detail.
IST Management is a rapidly growing business process outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in providing solutions for the management of digital and physical information through Facilities Management. This is a full-time, direct-hire position. We pride ourselves on upward mobility for our employees and a commitment to excellence for our clients.
Compensation: USD $18/hr - USD $20/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday Regular Business Hours 8am-5pm
