      The Role

      We are on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our growing Northgate team on a permanent, full-time basis. Being a Customer Service Officer with Provet is about more than just answering phones! You will be a part of a passionate and collaborative team that are dedicated to supporting our customers to look after pets and wildlife of all shapes and sizes. We achieve this through:

      • Answering customer calls in a timely manner to respond to a wide range of general and/or product specific enquiries.

      • Processing customer orders and demonstrating a sound knowledge of our product suite.

      • Providing our customer with a single point of resolution for any problems and/or complaints.

      • Accurately managing and maintaining up-to-date customer records in our cloud based CRM system. And;

      • Working in a friendly and supportive team environment where one person’s success is everyone’s success

      About You

      To be successful you will have;

      • At least 1 years’ experience in phone-based customer service.

      • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.

      • Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic, high volume, multi-channel team with a passion for customer service excellence.

      • Superior active listening skills, ability to show empathy and build rapport with a diverse range of customers.

      • High level of attention to detail and commitment to doing things correctly.

      • The ability to learn quickly and a willingness to adapt to change.

      • Demonstrated the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

      • Animal Health/Veterinary Industry background is desirable but not required.
