- You’ll be building rapport and trust with our private banking customers and providing them with a seamless and positive experience

- We're always here for our customers so you'll need to be flexible in working a rotating shift pattern
- This is a hybrid role so after successful training , you'll work mainly from home with an expectation for you to go into the office a minimum of 1 day per week to connect with your team
- Taking real ownership of each enquiry
- Updating databases with accurate customer data
- Making sure that complaints and complex issues are documented
- Keeping up to date with regulatory requirements
- Great communication skills
- A genuine desire to learn new skills
- Basic IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft apps
