What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by researching and escalating unresolved matters to supervisors
- Manage order functions such as cancels, redirects, error corrections, and Pick Up In Store Issues
- Handle back-order reports, UPS exception reports, and Fraud/Hold reports
- Perform general clerical duties including filing and data entry
- Collaborate with retail stores to resolve Pick Up In Store orders past 7 days
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous customer service and call center experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Ability to work weekends, overtime, and maintain good attendance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a retail customer service setting
