What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Assess customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions for a positive experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone and other platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
