What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills

- Experience in up-selling products or services
- Strong active listening skills to effectively relay information and address questions or concerns
