Customer Service Specialist with English
WARSAW
Your daily tasks:
✅ Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail);
✅ Meeting targets set by the customer and management;
✅ Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
✅ Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
✅ Achieving quality goals for customer satisfaction.
What do we expect from you?
Language: Proficiency in English (C1);
Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic;
Available to work on a shift pattern (we are open Mon-Sun 24/7).

Working conditions:
Mandate Contract (freelance);
Basic salary + bonuses;
