- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
- Maintain attention to detail in all tasks

- Interact with customers on a daily basis, demonstrating strong communication skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous customer service and sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Personable and comfortable interacting with customers
- Desire for professional development and willingness to take on new responsibilities
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Customer service or customer relationship experience

- Additional years of customer service and sales experience
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration
- Familiarity with union membership and benefits
- Proficiency in relevant software or systems
