- Provide exceptional customer service and support to Union members
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions

- Participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers daily
- Must be a team player and self-motivated
- Previous customer service and sales experience is a plus
- Experience in customer service or customer relationship management
