      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
      - Record information in the Communication Log and ascertain the nature of the call
      - Look up member information using proprietary systems and provide information to callers
      - Meet or exceed minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position
      - Document all calls appropriately and attend weekly staff meetings to foster teamwork

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of one year of experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
      - Basic computer skills
      - Strong verbal communication skills
      - Ability to exercise strict confidentiality in all matters

      - Experience in a high-volume call center environment
      - Proven ability to analyze information and develop effective solutions
      - Demonstrated ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage time
      - Strong listening and interpersonal communication skills
