Job Description

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails with efficiency and timeliness.
Route calls to the appropriate department or person as necessary.
Escalate customer, client, or insured concerns to leadership when needed.
Follow company guidelines and procedures for communications.
Accurately input data into claim intake forms.
Make outbound calls directly to insureds as assigned.
Provide support for a variety of administrative tasks.
Communicate with RYZE adjusters to determine availability and suitability for claims.
Perform other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-2 years of customer service experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Analytical and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and typing skills.
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
