What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Address client and provider inquiries via email, fax, phone, or written correspondence
- Maintain accurate reports and spreadsheets as needed
- Consult with supervisors or other departments to clarify answers to inquiries
- Contact providers to discuss findings at the appropriate level
- Ensure adherence to contractual and state guidelines as well as client instructions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience in the Managed Care and Benefit Administration industries
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation fee schedules and regulations
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
