What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first call resolution for member and provider inquiries
- Document inquiries and complaints accurately in the database
- Assist CHPW members during the Medicare Annual Election Period
- Advise providers on claim processing outcomes
- Meet attendance and call quality standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three (3) years of call center experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare
- Ability to use MS Office products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to gather and assess information from multiple systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with state and federal programs
- Knowledge of claims and claims processing
- Previous experience in insurance, managed care, or provider setting
- Ability to summarize call notes and create clear documentation
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
