What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints through written, telephonic, and face-to-face communication
- Prepare adjustments for services not properly processed and forward them for follow-up
- Meet all production, quality, and adherence standards
- Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping records
- Elevate issues to the next level of supervision as appropriate
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Customer service experience of 0-1 year preferred
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Track record of over-achieving quotas
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
