Job Description
- Req#: 536106
- Process new PO’s.
- Answer general end-user and dealer questions such as: Product information, Price and availability, Technical assistance, Product Complaint, Repair procedure/address, Repair status request.
- Answer customer questions and assist with finding the correct product needed for their application.
- Interact with sales P&IC, Accounting, Engineering, and Shipping Departments on a daily basis to satisfy our customers’ needs.
- Provide RA numbers to customers returning product for credit.
- Coordinate DL/S papers.
- Track packages or give tracking numbers.
- Assist walk-in customers.
- Other duties as required.
- Employee works under general supervision.
- Employee has little or no decision-making responsibility.
- The employee has little or no impact on the decisions of others.
- None.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers.
- Position requires employee to utilize and understand simple formatting and use of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree is desired.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or office environment.
- Basic, introductory on-the-job training.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
- Prolonged period of being on the telephone.
- Little or no physical exertion.
- Work is routine and consistent from day to day.
- Ability to work with people including those who are upset.
- Work requires some degree of visual effort for periods of time.
- Some areas of the building are not climate controlled.
- Working environment is typical of an office setting.
- Absence of hazards.
- Occasional travel to trade shows when possible.

This position is temporary. Hours are 8am-4:30pm.JOB SUMMARY :
