      ABOUT THIS ROLE

      Our Customer Service Rep position follows a Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM schedule, with the flexibility to negotiate your hours to meet your needs.

      In this role, your day centers around keeping our customers informed, satisfied, and supported. You respond to calls with professionalism and warmth, answer questions, coordinate appointments, and ensure each person feels heard. You keep a close eye on the inbox, responding quickly and clearly to incoming messages. With every interaction, you help maintain our reputation for excellence by listening attentively and offering timely, helpful solutions. You manage shifting priorities confidently, balancing multiple conversations while staying organized and calm under pressure.

      Our company was started in 1974 and is completely family-owned. We began as an appliance service company and have expanded into a one-stop company providing plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, heating, vent cleaning, commercial refrigeration, and comprehensive appliance repair and maintenance services. Carter Services is based in Torrance, California and serves Orange County, the South Bay, Los Angeles, and beyond.
