      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer questions about property facilities, services, and room accommodations
      - Process reservation requests and support basic loyalty and customer care requests
      - Identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
      - Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests
      - Provide customer support and issue resolution through communication with Marriott properties and third parties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must live within 50 miles of the Miami, FL CEC
      - Availability to work the anticipated shift after completion of training, including weekends and holidays
      - Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimum download speed of 3 Mbps and upload speed of 1 Mbps
      - Strong communication and customer service skills
      - Ability to follow company policies and procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the hospitality or travel industry
      - Previous customer service experience
