      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer service for routine inquiries and assist with complex cases as directed
      - Research and analyze incoming inquiries using relevant systems and reference materials
      - Elevate sensitive customer requests when necessary
      - Make outgoing calls for information and conduct thorough research
      - Stay updated on company, industry, and regulatory changes for business conservation and expansion opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong communication, decision-making, analytical, and human relations skills
      - Proficiency in oral and written communication, demonstrated telephone skills, and commitment to high-quality customer service
      - Consistent attendance adherence to department and company expectations, with flexibility for shifts and overtime
      - Basic understanding of computer systems, proficient keyboarding skills, and adaptability to change
      - Detail-oriented individual with good analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of multitasking and documenting calls
      - Promotion of a culture of diversity and inclusion, valuing different ideas and opinions
      - Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet in the United States or Puerto Rico
