      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide navigation and assistance to customers via telephone regarding GA Gateway systems
      - Ensure appropriate changes are made to resolve customer issues
      - Refer unresolved customer concerns to designated departments for further investigation
      - Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to GA Gateway
      - Maintain daily logs and dispositions of client calls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Six months of experience handling customer questions, complaints, and/or providing information
      - Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to troubleshoot customer problems effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced call center environment
      - Skilled in using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel; knowledge of PowerPoint and/or Visio
      - Previous help desk experience
      - Experience working with eligibility programs (e.g., SNAP or Family Medicaid)
