What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients and clients
- Work closely with patients on therapy changes
- Provide customer education and routine assessment
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient therapy adherence
- Communicate with doctors' offices and pharmacists
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 18+ years old & High School Diploma/GED
- Professional positive attitude & courteous telephone etiquette
- Full-time schedule availability, including weekends
- Must live in Texas
- Willing to submit a drug test and background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in insurance, healthcare, or customer service
- Knowledge of requirements for dispensing and processing referrals
