Sunday - OFF
Minimum wage $22/hr
Additional 2.5% premium for WKD shift and 10% premium for 2nd Shift
Rogue Team Members eligible to receive Quarterly Bonus
Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Manage customers' accounts
Record details of actions taken
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up on customer interactions
High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of relevant computer applications
Ability to type
Communication skills - verbal and written
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Attention to detail and accuracy

Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative you will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to orders, inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.The 2nd shift position works full time from 2PM-10PM, Monday-Friday.

The Customer Service Representative is a fully onsite role in Columbus, Ohio. Remote work is not available.
