Handle all customer service related inquires pertaining to the wholesale website and sales.

Oversee sales and returns for wholesale website.

Distribute orders for fulfillment.

Screen and direct a high-volume number of calls and e-mails pertaining to wholesale sales and customer service.

Help customers navigate the website and place orders online.

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.

Help resolve product returns, respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.

Resolve shipping and credit card issues.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to identify and communicate issues to department personnel and find solutions for those issues.

Proficiency with PC, MAC and apple products.

Previous experience with Shopify preferred, but not required.

Previous experience with Lightspeed Retail preferred, but not required
