      Description

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Handle all customer service related inquires pertaining to the wholesale website and sales.

      • Oversee sales and returns for wholesale website.

      • Distribute orders for fulfillment.

      • Screen and direct a high-volume number of calls and e-mails pertaining to wholesale sales and customer service.

      • Help customers navigate the website and place orders online.

      • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.

      • Help resolve product returns, respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.

      • Resolve shipping and credit card issues.

      Qualifications


      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to identify and communicate issues to department personnel and find solutions for those issues.

      • Proficiency with PC, MAC and apple products.

      • Previous experience with Shopify preferred, but not required.

      • Previous experience with Lightspeed Retail preferred, but not required
