      What You'll Do

      • Process all customer transactions accurately and timely including sales orders, inquiries, quotes or returns
      • Effectively communicate directly with customer regarding purchase order receipt, order entry, and sales acknowledgement
      • Provide timely and professional responses to customer questions regarding products, pricing, order status, and availability.
      • Coordinate with production to ensure inventory availability
      • Organize, analyze and assess issues relating to but not limited to purchase orders, invoices and goods receipts
      • Communicate unexpected increases or decreases in demands for product to the operations team
      • Communicate truck schedules and tracking updates to customers
      • Reconcile new customer purchase orders to CRM sales pipeline to match opportunity
      • Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing satisfaction and resolve complaints
      • Works in SAP to transfer material and produce shipping documents ensure proper shipping practices
      • Process credit/debit memos including monthly pricing adjustments
      • Obtain accurate information relating to shipment dates and expected dates of delivery
      • Educate customers about product features
      • Support outside sales efforts as necessary

      What You'll Need

      • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service in the manufacturing industry
      • Ability to multi-task, stay organized and maintain an upbeat demeanor, all while delivering results under pressure and meeting required deadlines.
      • Negotiation and phone skills
      • Strong computer skills required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SAP experience is a plus
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate up, down, and across the business
      • Technical expertise and knowledge of company products
      • Bilingual in Spanish a plus

      Your Education

      • High School Diploma or GED required
      • Bachelor's degree preferred
