What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from providers, clients, and their representatives
- Update client records and verify private health insurance information
- Collect policy information and accurately enter insurance data into the database
- Maintain the Insurance Company database and ensure a quality score of 98 or higher
- Knowledge of Texas Medicaid Program and third party liability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- 1 year of TPL (Third Party Liability) experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
- Knowledge of Texas Medicaid Program and third party liability
