- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information regarding Medicaid services
- Resolve issues or escalate appropriately
- Document all calls clearly and thoroughly in online systems
- Transfer callers to other call center units as necessary
- Meet or exceed individual performance and call quality metrics
- Maintain strict adherence to attendance and punctuality standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Minimum 6 months of recent high-volume inbound call center experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
