What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, and clean and inspect equipment
- Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns
- Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Willingness to use protective clothing or gear as required
- Availability to work in a moderate-risk environment with moving parts or chemicals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous customer service experience
- Familiarity with rental equipment and services
- Ability to operate a forklift (certification provided)
- Willingness to obtain certification for filling propane
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
