What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer all incoming fare media phone calls from customers
- Perform all assigned tasks quickly and accurately
- Follow established policies, procedures, and instructions
- Ensure all assigned issues are updated and resolved efficiently
- Initiate outbound calls as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school degree or equivalent, plus two years of experience in a Customer Service/Call Center
- Some college coursework preferred
- Must be a good team player
- Must possess a positive attitude
- Ability to type 40 plus words per minute (WPM)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Previous experience in the transportation industry
- Knowledge of fare media systems
