What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer all incoming fare media phone calls from customers
- Perform tasks quickly and accurately
- Follow established policies and procedures
- Update and resolve all assigned issues efficiently
- Initiate outbound calls as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school degree or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a Customer Service/Call Center
- Good team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some college coursework
- Experience working in a transportation-related field
