What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a knowledge base for customer inquiries related to products and bone health
- Actively listen to customers and provide information to help them make informed decisions
- Support customers through various channels, including email and phone
- Process orders, returns, and assist customers in understanding DEXA bone scan results
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage administrative tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Solid background in customer service
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to listen actively and build rapport with customers
- Passion for natural health and helping others
- Flexibility to work a fixed schedule, including weekends
