  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  - Actively listen to customers and provide them with comprehensive information to aid their decisions
  - Support customers through various communication channels, including email and phone
  - Process customer orders and returns while assisting with understanding DEXA bone scan results
  - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and administrative tasks

  - Solid background in customer service
