      Advantages of joining our team:

      - Competitive starting salary of $17.85 per hour, with a 10% weekend shift differential for a total of $19.64 per hour
      - Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish receive an additional $1.00 increase to their salary
      - Full-time position with 40 hours per week
      - Flexible shift options available, with start times ranging from 12pm to 4:45pm for an 8-hour shift
      - Virtual on-line paid training for 7 weeks, with training hours from 11:00am to 7:45pm
      - All equipment provided prior to training

      Job requirements:

      - Ability to handle high-stress situations and provide excellent customer service
      - Process requests for roadside assistance and ensure member safety
      - Strong written, verbal, and computer skills
      - Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience
      - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
      - Successful completion of background and drug screening
