What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process requests for roadside assistance and provide excellent customer service to over 100 members calls a day.
- Demonstrate resiliency in diffusing high-stress situations.
- Connect to ISP via Ethernet and ensure minimum internet speed requirements.
- Exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented environment.
- Utilize excellent written, verbal, and computer skills.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 year of previous customer service experience.
- Preferred but not mandatory: Call Center experience.
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Successful completion of background and drug screening.
