What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding service issues, requests, and account information
- Research and resolve customer questions, open issue resolution cases, and handle higher-level problems over the phone
- Enter service requests into appropriate systems for resolution by service partners
- Educate clients and advisors on company services and policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve simple usability issues raised by customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience providing customer-focused solutions or support
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Availability to travel up to 10% of the time
