Tech24 in Cincinnati OH is looking for a Customer Service Specialist!
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
We are an HVAC/Refrigeration repair company based out of Greenville, South Carolina. Our company is looking for a front desk/office coordinator. Position will be responsible for incoming phone calls and emails from customers, answering technician questions, providing work orders and purchase orders, handling incoming parts and other office duties as needed.

This is a direct hire full-time position, Monday thru Friday.
Answer phone calls on a multiple phone line system.
Dispatch service calls to Service Manager.
Maintain daily call logs and parts logs.
Handle and process incoming deliveries.
Respond to invoicing questions and concerns.
Perform other office duties as needed.
