What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers inside and outside the U-Haul center with products and services
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers while ensuring equipment is clean and inspected
- Answer customer inquiries and educate them about U-Haul offerings
- Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Willingness to use protective gear as required in the work environment
- Availability for ongoing training and education through U-Haul University

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with operating equipment such as forklifts or trailers
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and systems
