What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect on low-risk accounts to minimize the bank’s delinquency rate
- Assist customers in understanding their financial situations and provide guidance to limit losses
- Negotiate repayment options by asking questions and proposing applicable solutions
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to customers with current and past due accounts
- Maintain proper documentation and account maintenance while ensuring quality assurance and productivity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
- General understanding of collection management software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous collections experience
- Familiarity with inbound/outbound dialing environments
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient in various situations
