Connecting with our customers, building strong rapport through meaningful conversations
Understanding and identifying customers’ issues, using problem solving skills to deliver relevant and effective solutions that create a positive outcome
Educating clients on our products, services and processes in an efficient manner and have the ability to articulate complex issues in an effortless way.
Are passionate about helping customers
Have a genuine interest in financial services and equity markets
Demonstrate the ability to grasp concepts and systems quickly
Can commit to commencing in the role February 2024
Are available to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 6pm. Your shifts are approx. 8 hours long / 38-hour week.

As a full time Equities Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact over the phone for many of our customers. Your responsibilities include:

CommSec provides a high level of customer service to complement our products and services. Our contact centre based at Darling Harbour is the key for ensuring the clients of CommSec receive the best care and service when it comes to their investment portfolios.
