What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to patient inquiries via telephone and email
- Determine the best method for problem resolution while adhering to organizational guidelines
- Coordinate issue resolutions with other departments as necessary
- Gather patient personal and billing information for database entry and scheduling
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient needs are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute
- Requires working knowledge of computers
