      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails following a set script
      - Provide professional customer service and product consultation to both customers and partners
      - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service
      - Process orders, respond to inquiries, handle complaints, and troubleshoot problems
      - Ensure confidentiality and privacy of customer and agency information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Prior customer service experience preferred
      - Proficiency in navigating websites and working between multiple screens
      - Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience using Assistive Technology, such as JAWS or ZoomText, for visual adaptation
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and internet navigation
