Customer Service Representative
Location : 3700 Bay Area Blvd, Suite 680, Houston, TX 77058
Schedule : 8 AM - 5 PM ( Mon - Fri )

Note : Must need SAP , Shipping and Distribution and Inventory exp

Follow processes in place that have been established for the portion of the Customer service team. Work alongside teammates and process purchase orders from customers and other entities in other countries. They must have attention to detail to enter the purchase order from the sales order request provided them. They will be expected to read the order and prepare the shipment for current order/pallets/ shipment procedure. They will be expected to completely manage these orders and keep key personnel informed of each order's status. The position will involve data entry and transactional workload that could fluctuate daily, so they must have great organizational skills. They will be expected to enter orders and help back up the team. There will be a sense of urgency to this information.

Quals--
Must have SAP experience, and be able to work with Microsoft office systems. Must have background knowledge of inventory process, must have some experience with distribution, detailed order entry and shipping. We expect that this candidate have customer service skills, be organized, able to multitask, be people oriented. This person should have great communication skills, as they will be communicating with all levels of colleagues, and multiple departments within our company. We request this person to have moderate domestic order knowledge, including Inco Terms, and experience with the overall concept of the exporting process. This candidate should also have knowledge of overall shipping, distribution, and supply chain knowledge. In addition, we would prefer this person to be able to contribute in a corporate setting.
