What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with policyholders, providers, and plan participants by phone or written correspondence to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Document customer inquiries and related data electronically
- Assist service team(s) with back-office support functions
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies by protecting the confidentiality of plan participants and policyholders
- Support department goals by meeting established service standards and metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of related experience in contact center, customer service, dental office, and/or insurance preferred
- Ability to work overtime as needed to support business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer systems and keyboarding skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with dental or insurance services
- Strong initiative in assessing and resolving customer situations
- Experience with electronic documentation systems
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance metrics in a service-oriented role
