      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate with policyholders, providers, and plan participants via phone or written correspondence to address inquiries and resolve issues
      - Document customer inquiries and related data electronically for record-keeping
      - Provide back-office support to service teams as needed
      - Maintain confidentiality of plan participants and policyholders in compliance with privacy policies
      - Support department goals by meeting established service standards and metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - 0-2 years of related experience in contact centers, customer service, dental offices, or insurance
      - Ability to work overtime as needed to support business operations
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficient in using computer systems and keyboarding skills
