What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with policyholders, providers, and plan participants via phone or written correspondence to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Document customer inquiries and maintain accurate customer data electronically
- Provide back office support to service teams as needed
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies while protecting the confidentiality of plan participants and policyholders
- Support department goals by meeting established service standards and metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of related experience in a contact center, customer service, dental office, or insurance setting
- Ability to work overtime as needed to meet business demands
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating initiative in assessing situations
- Proficient in computer systems and keyboarding skills
