Ansell is looking for a Customer Service Representative, Developing Markets to join our team in Brussels, BE.In this position you will play a vital role in ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by efficiently managing their customer portfolio and all related internal service processes. You will work closely with functions like Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Credit & Control, and Master Data to maintain and improve both internal and external service levels.

Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Assoc Manager, Customer Experience, you will have the opportunity to:
• Act as main point of contact for assigned customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate product deliveries; manage back orders and propose alternatives.
• Communicate customer shipment requirements to internal teams.
• Handle order and shipping issues, including documents for customs.
• Monitor and update open orders; keep customers and Sales informed.
• Coordinate payment terms with Credit & Control and Sales.
• Prepare all necessary shipping documents, organize and follow up on shipments; liaise with Logistics and customs.
• Manage and respond to service complaints professionally.
• Process commercial compensations accurately and on time.
• Provide commercial support to Sales and support CSR team with back-up coverage.
• Submit regular and ad hoc business reports to the manager; share customer experience dashboards.
• Train newly hired CSRs.Key Outcomes:

• Clear and up-to-date customer requirements.
• Timely execution of tasks and achievement of service KPIs.
• Proactive issue resolution and escalation when needed.
• Reliable support and collaboration within the CSR team.What will you bring to Ansell?
• Demonstrated experience in an international customer support position or export position.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) and other languages are a plus.
• Experienced in order management and ERP systems (SAP preferred); strong understanding of OTC, logistics, and supply processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to interpret data and reports.
• Customer-focused with a commercial mindset; excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, resilient, flexible, and a collaborative team player who can work independently in dynamic environments.
