What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide customer assistance
- Prepare written correspondence and assist with customer accounts
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Analyze customer needs and provide recommendations for product satisfaction
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of previous customer service/call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and quality focused
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to learn new systems and multitask effectively
