      Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening.

      Responsibilities
      - Provide customer service and technical support to both our dealer and retail

      base via phone, email, written correspondence, and fax
      - Provide a variety of supporting roles for the Customer Service department
      - Participate in cross-training of tasks within the department
      - Process dealer’s parts orders and Warranty Claims
      - Answer questions regarding claims via phone/email.
      - Record retention and reporting.
      - Scanning documents.
      - Miscellaneous office duties.
      - Learn product line from frame to final.

      Qualifications
      - Attention to detail and accuracy
      - Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs
      - Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV, Bus or Commercial Vehicle parts, or an understanding of electrical/technical systems
      - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network
      - Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given
