- Provide inbound customer support.
- Help customers resolve technical issues.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes are made to resolve customers' problems and document all changes made to accounts.
- Resolve customers' service issues by performing activities such as registering and unrestricting cards, linking accounts, transferring funds, etc.
- Help solve customer issues by properly escalating to designated departments for further investigation.
- Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
- High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Financial services a plus!
- Minimum 2+ Years of work experience
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Personal qualities/skills important to the role (tech, service, et)
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

The base salary range for this position is $17-$18 per hour, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
