      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all Health and Wellness products and programs
      - Answer incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
      - Provide answers to member questions following standard policies and procedures
      - Analyze information to develop effective solutions to ensure member satisfaction
      - Manage time to ensure calls are answered within required timeframes and appropriate follow-up is conducted

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - One-year experience performing customer service duties, inbound call center experience preferred
      - Experience in healthcare preferred
      - Basic experience with MS Office
      - Ability to interact positively and establish cooperative working relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
      - Experience with fitness programs or health promotion initiatives
