What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond accurately and promptly to all forms of customer communication, including phone calls, emails, chat, and social media
- Resolve difficult customer issues using problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Communicate with various management levels to address customer problems and escalate serious issues as needed
- Document customer interactions and provide continuous updates until issues are resolved
- Promote a positive company image in support of customer service objectives and mission

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 to 3 years of retail customer service or call center experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven conflict management skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Recent college graduate will be considered for this role; not degree-focused
- Social media moderation experience preferred
- Proficient in PC applications, including Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management
